They always say that.

But, the issue in this case is not due to Rithmic. The issue is that you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account within the past month. As such, your "Verifed Until" date is set to "July 7, 2026". Which means that you are no longer able to get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group.

And since you do not have the fields filled out for the "Market Data" and "Historical Data" on your "Data/Trade Service Settings", you are not going to get the data from Rithmic, therefore, you are not getting any data.

Once you connect to your live trading account, everything will go back to normal.
