Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Normally I have to wait 15 minutes for Sierra to start up (also too long). But now it looks like nothing happens..
You should generally only have to wait less than 10 seconds. This is exceptionally long. Refer to this help topic:

Also, instead of using Rithmic we recommend changing over to this new service:
