CFD-FXCM-XAUUSD is not a valid symbol. The symbol in "Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol" should be XAUUSD. If it is not this, then change it and then you should be getting the data.

If you are not certain of the symbol to use, use the "File >> Find Symbol" window to look up the symbol so you get the correct symbol in your chart. Refer to the following:
