I just noticed the translation of "United States" is wrong, the country name in Chinese is "美国", but it is translated as "美国州", meaning "the State of United" as if "United" is one of the 50 states. That is whatever translation software the customer is using. All our pages are in English. 你好！这些图形都能调出来吗？
We really need more information on what exactly you want to do. We are not certain from the images, as the image where you show your screen have the notations in Chinese. We do not ourselves. All of our official documentation is in English. There may be information on the Internet somewhere, but would not be from us.
