1. You need to be on one of the "Advanced" packages to have access to the Numbers Bars (footprints). We are not sure what you are looking for in terms of Market Depth, so we can not say. But the Market Depth Historical Graph is also part of the Advanced packages. Refer to the following for the information on the packages: Description of Service Packages and Pricing 2. We can only refer to our own data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed. This data will be real-time and match the exchange, but there could be a small delay (< 1 second) depending on where you are located and how much latency exists in your Internet connection. We can not make statements about how the data will be in relation to another system, as we do not know anything about how another system works. @User660904 我今天联系了TMGM，得到的答复是他们目前没有办法直接支持和Sierra Chart 联通。 几年前在这个论坛上讨论过如何与MT4连接，结果也是不了了之，这个是讨论的链接： connect to MT4 这个过程技术上难度很大。 另外很重要的一点，你在TMGM交易的是黄金CFD，是黄金期货的衍生产品，你提到的三个 图都是针对期货产品的，除非你有美国的期货券商的帐号，否则使用Sierra Chart就 没有意义了。当然期货比CFD的优势太大了，不在这个问题的回答范围之内。 不好意思，帮不到你。 Good Luck! 你好！我没有要求TMGM与Sierra Chart联接，我只要求用Sierra Chart来分析黄金，MT4下单,现在已经在用Sierra Chart,26美元/月等级套餐，现在只能用能量分布，显示的价格与TMGM基本上一样的，只要求提升到能看提到的Sierra Chart三个图，显示的价格和现在一样基本上同步，如果还是用原来的数据链接，只要提升套餐等级，这样要求可以达到吗？

Hi John, I would like to clarify a few things: 1, for Denali Exchange Data, to get streaming data, a user still has to have a live account with a futures broker? Not sure if I understand it correctly. 2, Denali Exchange Data Feed does not have Forex and CFD data? 3, I am now able to get streaming CFD data by select "SC Data" and select symbols under "CFD -FXCM", can I also get footprint, DOM and T/S for those CFDs? If you are only needing data for CFD and/or FOREX and you are not trading directly from Sierra Chart, then Package 5 will give you what you need, as it has the support for the Numbers Bars (footprint) study. All packages allow for the use of the DOM and Time and Sales. Refer to the following for how to change your package: Sierra Chart Purchase and License Information: Changing Package With regards to Tony's questions, here are the answers: 1. The requirement to have a brokerage account to get real-time data is ONLY for the CME Group, and only for their non-professional exchanges. For all other exchanges, including CFD and FOREX, this does not apply. 2. The CFD and FOREX data is part of our "CFD and FOREX Exchange". Officially, it is not part of the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as the data that is available from the Denali Exchange Data Feed must be paid for. The CFD and Forex data is free with any active account. 3. In order to get data for CFD and FOREX, you must be connected to "SC Data", "Teton CME Routing", or one of the "Trading Evaluators". Any other connection will not allow the use of that data. If you have a connection to another service and you want to get the CFD and/or FOREX data, then it is best to install another Sierra Chart and have that connected to "SC Data". We checked our account on PayPal and the only payment showing from "wei cheng guang" is from April 11, 2025. The recent payment is not showing. We do see an attempt was made to make a payment for $92.00 on 2025-06-12 at 13:33:29 UTC. But there is no information on why the payment did not go through. You need to check with your bank to see if they declined the payment.
