Delayed Data & Not Loading Historical

Hi,

I have logged in this morning to some issues with connection.

I am not able to download historical data on my rithmic account. I have not changed any settings just the update from sierra.

I have also tried connecting through tenton to my stage 5 it downloads the historical but is getting delayed data.

The data is also delayed when I used SC data - All Services.

We see that you did have an exchange active for the CME Group back in April, but it did not renew on May 1, 2023 - most likely due to insufficient funds in your account on that day. This is why you are not getting any real-time data.

You can activate the CME Group exchange(s) for which you want the real-time data at the following link:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed#Exchanges

Just be aware the the exchanges are not pro-rated, so you will pay the full amount for the exchange for the remaining time left in this month. Then you will pay again on the first day of next month.

Hi John,

Thanks for the response - I manually renewed the following day to Active Service: 11 - Integrated Advanced - Active until: 2023-06-19 23:59:59 UTC

This is the same as I had the previous month. When I click on the link it requires another payment?

With service 11 - Am I right I should still be able to access data which is not 10 mins delayed when connecting to tenton with my live stage 5 account?

Same issue with SC connection and when I connect to rithmic its real time but not loading the historical so I have gaps on the chart.

You should be getting real-time and historical data from the Denali Data Feed at this time no matter what service you are using.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

Or, in the case of a Continuous Futures Contract chart, follow these instructions:

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
