The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

But we see that you have done this now, as your "Verified Until" date is now showing June 21, 2023.

Yes, but still not able to connect to on my second device to external rithmic provider. Also, awaiting to load NQ data thats saying "WATING TO Download HIstorical Data" for past 15 minutes, i included the screenshot of the message.

Please get us the Message Log from that second system by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

That second system has some kind of network issue. We see the following kind of message in your log numerous times:
Error getting address info for api.cqg.com. Windows error code 11001: No such host is known. | 2023-05-22 09:55:55.750 *

This is not a Sierra Chart issue, it is something with your computer, or your ISP not looking up the IP addresses correctly.

The Domain Name Service on your computer or with your ISP is not functioning properly. The error message in the Window >> Message Log would contain the text: No such host is known or you may get a message similar to the following: Windows error code 11002: This is usually a temporary error during hostname resolution and means that the local server did not receive a response from an authoritative server.

In this case you may want to try restarting your computer or going to the command line and entering the following: ipconfig /flushdns.

This would mean that those orders are being held on the local computer. How these are handled depends on what trading service you are using. Refer to the following:

Whats the appropriate technical lingo to use.

FROM sierra chart POV is it right to assume i need to keep computer to let resting trades be executed if its closed it wont be executed.

You need to ask them for the specific type of orders you are placing, whether they are held by the exchange or the trading service, or if they are kept on the local computer.

You will have to explain to them how you are putting together your orders.

Hello John, can you please tell me the difference between option 2 & 3. If you can show where i can see prior service selected history would help.

I believe my selection was inadvertently changed and i presume option 3 top of the book for everything.

#2 is the "Full CME Group". The CME Group is composed of 4 exchanges - CME, COMEX, NYMEX, and CBOT. So this would give you the data for all 4 of these exchanges.

#3 is the "CME Top-of Book". This is just the CME exchange alone. You will not get any real-time data for the other exchanges on the CME Group (COMEX, NYMEX, and CBOT).

You can view what you have previously purchased by reviewing the Transaction Log for your account. The direct link to this is here:

In looking at it, you have always been using the "Full CME Group" option #2.

There were general price increases for all the CME Group exchanges on January 1, 2024.

HELLO John, ITS an EMERGENCY I am currently seeing the DPL being CALCULATED i have taken only 1 trade thus far expecting a loss of -0.75 ticks but its showing a gain of +4.5P. please how is this possible.

No the DPL is being calculated wrong it should be showing -.75 instead of 4.50P not sure why is there trade thats not being closed?

so the screenshot is showing the trade executed and DPL is calculated based on trade not being seen.
