Hi,

Today I cannot receive any real time data! I have my DTS settings to Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds = "Yes"
But it only loads historical data.
What do I need to do?

Ok I found out what the problem is... I had another computer logged on as well... so it says in the message log max connection exceeded.
I thought I can have 2 connections simultaneously with Sierra and Denali?

The data feeds only allow for 1 connection at a time unless you pay a second exchange fee. Refer to the information here:

What if I connect a second computer using delayed data is that possible? If so what should I set DTS to?

Yes you can use delayed data on another computer. Simply install another installation of Sierra Chart there.

To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions.

Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services".

Press "OK"

And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service)

You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.

Still doesn't work... it still gives me the device limit error. SC Data All Services doesn't seem to be delayed data.... but Trading Evaluator delayed seems to work.. but I cannot place practice trades....

My goal is to have a real trading machine... and a delayed practice trading machine..

How can I achieve that?

I found this:
Delayed Exchange Data Feed

I think I got this working.

One thing we forgot to include is that you need to set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to No for delayed data.

but Trading Evaluator delayed seems to work.. but I cannot place practice trades....
What is the issue you have when you submit an order? We need more details.
