One thing we forgot to include is that you need to set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" to No for delayed data.

but Trading Evaluator delayed seems to work.. but I cannot place practice trades....
What is the issue you have when you submit an order? We need more details.
