Hi-
I am trying to switch from DTN to your data feed but I am unable to do so. I added credit to my account and got as far as adding/removing exchanges but when I try and add CME it says make sure agreements are signed. I signed the barchart agreement already and the non-professional thing. I dont get it, what am I missing?

What CME exchange option do you want to add? There are two of them. One has market depth data and one does not. Do you need market depth data?

Also it would be best to wait until June 1 to activate the exchange since you will be billed in full for the exchange for the rest of this month.

I dont need market depth for my charts so just the cheaper option is fine. OK, starting june 1 is fine for me, just need to know how to do it.

We recommend waiting until June 1 to activate the exchange. At that time activate the CME 3.25 USD exchange and if you still get an error at that time let us know and we will take care of it.

Or if you want us to activate the exchange now for you and get the problem resolved let us know. But if there is some problem which would take a few hours to resolve for your account, then it might not be worth it, since this is the last trading day of the month.

We apologize for the trouble, but basically these kinds of issues relate to the underlying Barchart exchange authorization system that we do not have control over and if we see a problem we have to let them know about it. This is what takes time.

The Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed is properly set up on your account.

You are running a significantly older version of Sierra Chart. You need to update with Help >> Download Current Version.

To access CME data requires that you use one of the supported futures Trading services within Sierra Chart. Who do you trade through? For additional information, refer to this section here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#CME

I am having similar problem. I paid for the data, but I just cannot use them. It says it is downloading, but that is it. The data are not working on my account. Could you look at it please? I do not need market depth data. I just need the cheap ones. Thank you.

Make sure you are connected to your OEC Live account. It must be the Live account.

If you still have difficulty, then provide a copy of the Message Log by following these instructions:

It says this:

To be able to subscribe to the CME Exchanges, you will need complete the form to Set Professional Status for CME.

before, I could choose between 15,75 and 3.25 or something like that. But now, there is nothing.

We can see at the end of the log you finally got connected to OEC. So this is good.

The next problem is that you are not using the valid OEC symbols and the valid Sierra Chart symbols for market statistics.

You need to change the Symbol of the charts by following the instructions here:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_SwitchingSymbols.html#ChangingChartSymbol

For market statistics, you can find the symbols here:
