We recommend waiting until June 1 to activate the exchange. At that time activate the CME 3.25 USD exchange and if you still get an error at that time let us know and we will take care of it. Or if you want us to activate the exchange now for you and get the problem resolved let us know. But if there is some problem which would take a few hours to resolve for your account, then it might not be worth it, since this is the last trading day of the month. We apologize for the trouble, but basically these kinds of issues relate to the underlying Barchart exchange authorization system that we do not have control over and if we see a problem we have to let them know about it.
