With version 2394 and above we no longer have support for data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. Therefore, you can do one of the following two things: 1) Downgrade to version 2393 and use the CQG data. Refer to the following for instructions on downgrading Sierra Chart: Software Download: Full Control Rollback Procedure OR 2) Use our Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data. The cost will be the same and you will have more historical data. In addition, you are on package 12, which is to get the MBO data, which is only available through our Denali Exchange Data Feed. Refer to the instructions to setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Given that we no longer support CQG data in Sierra Chart, we really recommend using our Denali Exchange Data Feed to get your data. To do this, follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* Note that with the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you will have access to more historical data, but you will also have access to the Market by Order data, which you are able to view given that you are on Package 12. Refer to the following information regarding the Market by Order data: Market By Order Data For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Sorry, we should have been more specific in our previous post. We no longer allow data from CQG for the CME Group and EUREX. For the CME Group and EUREX, you need to get that data from our Denali Exchange Data feed. The other data (HKFE and Osaka MJNK) you can get from CQG and bring into Sierra Chart. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I understand How do I get data from CQG and Denali into my Sierra charts simultaneously? I can only get the data by changing Data Trade Service settings Regards Graham |

The reason you are having the issue right now is because the real-time data from our Denali feed is not active. Once you activate the exchange, then you will keep your Current Selected Service set to CQG, and as long as the option for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support For Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes, you will get the real-time data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed for which you have signed up, and then any other data would come from CQG. This is how Sierra Chart is built, to allow this setup. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
