If you want/need to pay the Professional fees for the data, then you would need the following exchanges to cover your list: - CME E-mini, For professionals and users without a trading account: ES and NQ. - COMEX, For professionals and users without a trading account: GC and HG - NYMEX, For professionals and users without a trading account: CL and NG You will want to deactivate any other exchanges so you are not paying more than you need to next month. No that should not be the cause of the "wrong data". There is nothing in your log showing any issues with the data. If you are still having an issue, then we need to know exactly what it is and what symbol(s) it is occurring with. But this is rather odd, as it is trying to write a temporary file, and is stating that the file is already in use by another program. Do you by any chance have another Sierra Chart installation running where you are trying to share the folders? The one other thing we see with this, is that your path has your Sierra Chart installed under the Desktop. This is definitely not where you want to put your Sierra Chart software, as this could lead to odd behavior (such as what is seen above, although we do not know for sure). We recommend putting your Sierra Chart directly under the top of the C: drive. Are you both using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your data? If not, then differences can appear due to the data feed, and that is not something we can help with. -- If you have two different Sierra Chart installations, then make sure that they are not sharing folders in any way. Yes, this could definitely affect your data. Again, Sierra Chart is not setup to handle the situation of having 2 installations accessing the same files. There is no issue with getting data to two different installations on the same computer (you can have up to 3 on the same computer). We would recommend just doing this. But, you could setup your second installation to get the data from the first. The second will still have its own files, so you will not save any disk space. You would only save on bandwidth to download the data. another thing, i just switched from my prop trading account (evaluation) to SC Data ( https://prnt.sc/yblLTDxFOtQ7 ), connected , deeleted and downloaded the data but i still had the same data , numbers in my fooptprintchart , within the candle i mean , didnt change , even tough i am getting level 2 data from my evaluation account

it was already set to a tick by tick data config. by default. so thats not the problem , and i dont know how an image of the chart would help you , since only the numbers in the footprintchart and sometimes closing and opening prices differ ....
