Hello, I've just upgraded to package 10 and subscribed to Nasdaq and CFE (for VIX) but: - I'm still receiving delayed data; - I'm not receiving any data for VIX. I've also downloaded and installed the latest version of Sierra Chart. Please let me know what I've missed in setting up. Thanks |

Make sure this option is enabled: Data/Trade Service Settings: Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Other Settings) Tell us one or two symbols that are delayed . Also open a chart for this symbol: VXN22_FUT_CFE Use this symbol format for CFE symbols. Thank you for replying. The option "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds " was already enabled. Two of the delayed symbols are ENDP and ATHX. VXN22_FUT_CFE shows data at the proper time. Those are not the correct symbols. You need to use -NQTV suffix with those stock symbols.
