The reason you have the delayed data is because you have not gone through the setup instructions in order to get the real-time data. But, before you do that, the first thing you need to be aware of is that in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional exchange fee, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software. Hello Sierra Support Team, I have CQG API and when I input in the chart, there are 2 errors appear as below, and there is nothing in the chart, Please help. the errors are : 1. Real-Time market data only supported with sierra Chart data feed for Symbol : F.US.EPM22. ID2 2. Download failed - Historical Data only supported with Sierra Chart Data Feed |

I just added one more Screenshot for more details of the error. I purchased the package 11 and managed for 2 weeks since I got CQG account from AMP broker but still can't connect. Please help with many tks Tong/7135500887 |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
