Dear Sierra Support Team,

I've managed for 2 weeks and still can't fix the data delayed as it is in the file attach (yellow points)

The reason you have the delayed data is because you have not gone through the setup instructions in order to get the real-time data.

But, before you do that, the first thing you need to be aware of is that in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional exchange fee, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software. Refer to the information here:

If you do not have an account that will meet the requirements, then we recommend the following service:

Once you have the above worked out, then to get the real-time data for the CME Group, follow the instructions at the following link:

Hello Sierra Support Team,

I have CQG API and when I input in the chart, there are 2 errors appear as below, and there is nothing in the chart, Please help.

the errors are :
1. Real-Time market data only supported with sierra Chart data feed for Symbol : F.US.EPM22. ID2
2. Download failed - Historical Data only supported with Sierra Chart Data Feed

I just added one more Screenshot for more details of the error. I purchased the package 11 and managed for 2 weeks since I got CQG account from AMP broker but still can't connect. Please help with many tks

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
