The reason you have the delayed data is because you have not gone through the setup instructions in order to get the real-time data.

But, before you do that, the first thing you need to be aware of is that in order to get the real-time data for the CME Group at the non-professional exchange fee, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software. Refer to the information here:
