I am not sure why I am showing delayed Futures data. If it is proof of funded non-professional account I can prove if needed. Please let me know how to proceed so that I may trade.

You have signed up for the Non-Professional CME exchanges, which means that you need to connect to your live, funded futures trading account at the beginning of each month to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees. You have not connected to your trading account yet this month. Refer to the following:

Hi John, I followed your steps but when I change my data to transact it will not connect to transact. How can I resolve this so I can get back to live trading?

Make sure you are on version 2353 or lower. Any version above that does not have support to connect to TransAct. Refer to the information here regarding version and TransAct:

Please follow these instructions to get us your Message Log when you are trying to connect to TransAct:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

Hello,

I have a similar issue.

I have activated Denali data feed for CME/CBOT/EUREX

Eurex all good, but CBOT/CME is still delayed.

Since your account is with AMP, then you are most likely setup to use CQG for your order routing.

As such, you will go through the instructions at the link you posted, to connect once a month to your trading account, and at step #3 where you need to actually make the connection, you will then go through the following instructions:

No, you would not need to pay anything for CQG. You do not need their data and if you already have an account, then you should not need to change anything - you just need to connect to that account.
