data trade service issue + data not loading

Hello I have got a problem to load my intraday and historical data. Suddenly it stopped working and i looked into the "data trade service settings" and i don't know what is meant with "Market Data Username/Password" and "Historical Data Username/Password". I have my trading username and password filled in but i never had anything filled in the two other categories. Furthermore, in the last two days, my data stopped loading at weird times. Yesterday on 2:30pm and the day before on 3pm. Then I had big gaps in the chart and the levels were also wrong. OK I understand - did this change in the past few days? I would like to set it up if u could help me do that Does everything word if I am doing a One up evaluation? How much are the exchange fees per month? |

Everything will work as long as you have a live trading account that you can connect to. According to the information you entered in your Exchange Agreements for the CME Group data, you have an account with Stage 5. So as long as you connect to that account at least once a month, you will continue to get the real-time data for the CME Group. Thanks! The Last Thing I Want to ask is, which data package i should Choose. I only Trade Crude oil and Gold. What would be the best for These two? |

Gold (GC) is traded on the COMEX exchange, and Crude Oil (CL) is traded on the NYMEX exchange. If you really just need the data for these two, then if you do not need market depth, then you would do the following two exchanges: - COMEX non-professional top-of-book ($1.25/month) - NYMEX non-professional top-of-book ($1.25/month) If you need Market Depth data, then you would want the following: - COMEX with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts ($11.00/month) - NYMEX with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts ($11.00/month) But, if you need data from any other exchange, such as the S&P 500 Index (ES) then you would want to just get the entire CME Group, which would be one of the following, depending on if you need Market Depth or not: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts ($3.50/month) or - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts ($33.00/month) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
