I can't get Sierra Chart to work.

I'm still getting the red box that reads "Download Failed". Error downloading historical Intraday data for MESH2-CME. Historical data logon error. Password not provided.
The chart is not updating.

Update. I changed to SC trading-all services, and it seems to be working now. Will let you know if anything arises.

Problems again. After everything was working smoothly, now when I started SC it came back with a "sim 1" account (my account is nowhere to be found) and the charts went back to the last day it worked with Rithmic.

If you are wanting to be connected to Rithmic, then you need to follow these instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to your Rithmic account:

After you finish this, then open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will ensure that your symbols are set properly for Rithmic.

I connected to Rithmic once again because after having connected to SC everything worked just fine, but then, after I turned off and turned on my machine again, SC just showed me a Sim 1 account and nothing I tried seemed to work. I went back to my setup and tried Rithmic just to check and everything worked just fine again. However, I would like to stay with SC because Rithmic has caused me enough trouble as it is.
So my question is, how can I get SC to work the way it did this morning?

When you change your service to SC Data - All Services you are not connected to your trading account, which is why you were only able to be in Simulation Mode and have the Sim1 account.

In general, you would keep your service set to Rithmic Direct - DTC in order to place live trades and then just turn on simulation mode when you want to practice or not send live trades. Refer to the following:

At this time the historical and real-time data is coming from the Denali Exchange Data Feed. If you have any issues follow the instructions below:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

That is exactly what I did. I am doing it again.
After I set my SC to Rithmic Direct-DTC yesterday, it all worked fine again. What I would like to know is whether my trading would be done via Rithmic (because of this setting), or via the Denali Exchange (I don't want to go back to Rithmic.)
