[Locked] - I can't get Sierra Chart to work.

I have tried so many times to connect, but still can't manage to do it. I even contacted my broker and after explaining to them what had happened, they provided me with a new password but that didn't work, either.
I have tried different versions of Sierra Charts but none of them has worked, only one "previous" version went as far as trying to connect (yellow start), but it came back with a message that reads "connection error message from service: Password not provided.
Please tell me what steps to take next because I have no clue where to go from here.
I also followed the instructions (
Rithmic Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions), but nothing happened either.

First, we need to verify that your trading account is using Rithmic for the order routing. If that is correct, then you went through the proper documentation for setting up your connection.

Second, if the above is correct (you are using Rithmic and have been through the setup instructions) then you need to look at the information in the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings and ensure that you have the correct Server, Username and Password entered for all of the entries on that page.

If all that information is in there and looks correct and you are still having an issue, then we need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

Hello,
it's been several days since I got John's instructions (which I followed to the "T"), and my service still doesn't work.
I just checked in my Sierra Chart and noticed that there's a "Teton CME order routing", and would like to know if my broker can accept my trading using it. If so, let me know what instructions to follow to connect with it.

Hello,

still nothing after having complied with all your instructions, and still no news from support, either.
I mentioned in a previous message that my broker is High Ridge Futures which is a division of Archer Daniels Midland.
It's been about a week or more since my Sierra Chart stopped working, so I would like to know whether I'm going to get charged for all this time or whether I will be credited for it.
I already sent you a copy of what the message log says.

With regards to High Ridge Futures - they are not currently supporting the Teton Order Routing Service. You can ask them to support this and have them get in contact with us.

With regards to your Sierra Chart not working - we need to see your message log per our last post. Follow these instructions to get us your Message Log:

Thank you for the info. Now it opens but although I have the current chart on screen (MESH2) it says: Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Exchange not specified. (orange box)

But this is just the beginning of the issues for you. You need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for data. You cannot use Rithmic data. The historical data will fail. Refer to:

I did follow all steps, including step 24 (my screen went blank).
In the setup instructions, step 3 says that service package 10 or higher is required to use Rithmic. However, this morning you told me that you needed to change my service package to 5. Question is, could this be the reason it isn't working?
You are asking me to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed data, but you also told me that my broker does not support this service. I am completely clueless as to what to do. I honestly like Sierra Chart and would love for my broker to support your Teton order routing, but that is not up to me, you need to understand this.
Are there any suggestions as to what to tell my broker to find a solution to this issue from his end?

We needed to change your package from 3 to 5. Although in the case of Rithmic to avoid market data issues you really need to be on Service Package 10 to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. This is the service package you are using now. The Denali data feed works with all Trading services. It has no involvement with your broker.

Based upon the broker you are using, you need to stay with Rithmic for now.

We need to first make sure you can connect to Rithmic and then we will help you with the market data from the Denali data feed.

I just completed the market data agreements, so I guess now I just have to wait for further instructions from you.
By the way, I guess I won't be using Rithmic after you help me set up, and if so, what should I tell my broker with regards to Rithmic?

We can see that you activated the exchanges as well. So you are all set. You should be receiving the Denali data feed now. Here are detailed instructions, if necessary:

You still be using Rithmic for trading. You do not need to tell your broker anything. But do tell them to cancel the market data exchange fees you pay. Since you are now paying those to Sierra Chart. Although you're only paying 3.50 month, so no need to even cancel what you have through them.

I'm still getting the red box that reads "Download Failed". Error downloading historical Intraday data for MESH2-CME. Historical data logon error. Password not provided.
The chart is not updating.
