When you change your service to SC Data - All Services you are not connected to your trading account, which is why you were only able to be in Simulation Mode and have the Sim1 account.

In general, you would keep your service set to Rithmic Direct - DTC in order to place live trades and then just turn on simulation mode when you want to practice or not send live trades. Refer to the following:
