I am logging in "Data/Trade Service Settings" with my NinjaTrader CQG WebAPI [Trading] Login. The login works, and I was using it to trade until I had also the Denali data, now I am not having the Denali data, I pay a fee with NinjaTrader to use my Data with Sierra, but since the Denali stopped I can't see any data! the login seem to work, but no price is entering into the platform. When I enter in the chart that was previously working I get "Symbol Unknown, Click for symbol information. Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol: F.US.DBZ21. ID:1". But that's the only symbol I am finding for BUND FGBL. I also get the message "Download Failed Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed" does it mean that unless I have Denali I can't have historical data?? I don't know what to do, can you help? I am using an advanced package (5)... can I use CQG data from NinjaTrader account with that? Thank you for the inquiry. I can confirm your account connection is enabled for FGBL data and the account is authorized to trade it. Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. You are trying to get data for the EUREX. In order to get the EUREX data from a source other than Sierra Chart, you need to be on Package 10, 11, or 12. We have set your account to evaluate Package 12 for the next 30 days. Therefore, you will have access to the EUREX data from CQG for these 30 days. But before the 30 days ends, you will need to either change your package to Package 11 (equivalent to Package 5, with the EUREX capability) or setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed to get the EUREX data from us. You can use any broker and still get the data from us. Sierra Chart is specifically setup to allow this. Refer to the information here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Integration with Trading Services But, if you are interested in our Teton Direct Order Routing service, which has trading for the CME Group (we are working on EUREX trading next) then you would want to use Stage 5 for your broker with Advantage as the FCM. Refer to the information at the following link: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Note that when using the Teton Direct Order Routing, you have to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed, as you are not connected to any other service that supplies data.
