I am logging in "Data/Trade Service Settings" with my NinjaTrader CQG WebAPI [Trading] Login.
The login works, and I was using it to trade until I had also the Denali data, now I am not having the Denali data, I pay a fee with NinjaTrader to use my Data with Sierra, but since the Denali stopped I can't see any data! the login seem to work, but no price is entering into the platform.
When I enter in the chart that was previously working I get "Symbol Unknown, Click for symbol information. Real-time market data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed for symbol: F.US.DBZ21. ID:1". But that's the only symbol I am finding for BUND FGBL.
I also get the message "Download Failed Historical data only supported with Sierra Chart data feed" does it mean that unless I have Denali I can't have historical data??

I don't know what to do, can you help?

I am using an advanced package (5)... can I use CQG data from NinjaTrader account with that?

I asked NinjaTrader support and they replied with this:

Thank you for the inquiry.

I can confirm your account connection is enabled for FGBL data and the account is authorized to trade it. I would recommend following up with Sierra Charts support regarding their software.
