You are trying to get data for the EUREX. In order to get the EUREX data from a source other than Sierra Chart, you need to be on Package 10, 11, or 12. We have set your account to evaluate Package 12 for the next 30 days. Therefore, you will have access to the EUREX data from CQG for these 30 days. But before the 30 days ends, you will need to either change your package to Package 11 (equivalent to Package 5, with the EUREX capability) or setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed to get the EUREX data from us.
