Not able to download chart data using Rithmic

Dear Support board,

I want to pass the evaluation from Earn2Trade and would really like to stick to Sierra. They gave me details for Rithmic data feed and I was able to successfully log in after following your instructions from https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Rithmic.php#SetupInstructions. I am able to see the current price on chart statistics (see screenshot) and launch DOM which is working fine. There is however a problem with downloading data to the chart. It keeps downloading for several hours already which is not normal. Can you please advise?

Historical data is not available through the Rithmic connection. If you want historical data, you will need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed and have a live trading account that you can connect to (CME Group rules for non-professional exchange fees). Refer to the following:

Earn2Trade does not count as a live trading account, therefore we recommend the following solution if you do not already have a trading account that you can use:

OK, but does that allow me to still go through Earn2Trade evaluation process using Sierra Chart?
I have an AMP account, but how will that relate to my Earn2Trade evaluation where I have separate accounts?

You would need to connect to your AMP account at least once a month to verify that account in order to get the CME Group from the Denali Exchange Data Feed at the nonprofessional fees. Otherwise, you would be connected to your Earn2Trade account and getting the data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed.

To setup the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group, follow these instructions:

Hi again,

I was able to use data freely. Today I took my first trade and shortly after I did that Sierra Chart disconnected from the service. What's the reason of such behavior? I was unable to manage my trade and now I am unable to reestablish the connection.

I am running into similar Rithmic Direct - DTC connection issues. R Trader is connecting fine pointing to an issue with SC. Any idea when this will be back up?

Yes. I have same issue. All was fine with Denali/Rithmic and then it dropped and won't reconnect. Can connect to Rithmic with other platforms annd also to SC Data -all services.

Same got disconnected in the middle of the trade. Had to close using Rhithmic Pro. Haven't been able to connect since.
