Dear Support board, I want to pass the evaluation from Earn2Trade and would really like to stick to Sierra. They gave me details for Rithmic data feed and I was able to successfully log in after following your instructions from https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Rithmic.php#SetupInstructions. I am able to see the current price on chart statistics (see screenshot) and launch DOM which is working fine. There is however a problem with downloading data to the chart. It keeps downloading for several hours already which is not normal. Can you please advise? Thank you |
