Hi, I have been using Advanced monthly of 36$ per month. I want to have a real time CME exchange data. If I get a AMP futures account will my subscription be able to support advanced studies such as "Number of trades"? If you have a reference\guide of account setup please send it to me as well. Thank you in advance! |

Once you get setup with AMP, they will have you setup to use CQG for your order routing. Therefore, you will need to follow the following Setup Instructions to connect your Sierra Chart to CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions You will also need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed for your CME Data. Hello John, Thanks for you message its really helpful. Unfortunately, AMP futures are not opening my account even though I have provided them all valid documents until now. As this is a new month I really wanted to get started with my futures account. I would be really thankful if you asked them to reply my emails. |

We are really sorry that AMP is not responding, but we really do not have a relationship with them where we can ask them for anything on your behalf. If you can find a broker that supports either CQG or TT, then you can use them with Sierra Chart. I finally have my futures account funded. So as I understood from reading the articles that I just need CQG routing from AMP and nothing else. Rest Denali live feed and CME I need to get it from Sierrachart itself. Correct? Doing so will they give me a new sierrachart account as well? |

Hi, thanks for sharing. Last few questions. I use advanced studies from like number bars so which CME data I must select 3.25 USD or the 10.40 USD? If I am already getting data from CME, could you explain why do I need Denali data feed? I have transfered 100 euro instead of 100 usd will that affect in identifying my AMP account? |

Sounds like you just need top of book data for 3.25 USD per month. You definitely need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed with Sierra Chart for the best data. We would not recommend anything else at all. It is only 10 USD per month extra. It is offered very inexpensively. Hi again, My AMP trading account verification says it is Unverified. Will it be done by sierra chart manually? Or I am doing something wrong. I really do not understand the difference between 3.25 and 10.40$. I use footprint chart, TPO's, VWAPs, Deltas which are named differently on the studies of SC. I already have delayed data of futures market. I was hoping by getting a futures account I would get the real time data to use the studies as stated above. So I know that I will have to subscribe for the 11. Advanced + Denali Data Feed which is 46 USD. But for the CME data I am still confused which one I must select (According to the studies/indicators I use). Do I even need 3.25$ CME data which you had previously suggested? Your Sierra Chart account which you have logged into this Support Board with is expired. So we know what Sierra Chart account you are using, go to Help >> Support Board from within the Sierra Chart desktop program and then post in this thread telling us this is done.

My bad John, I was writing to you without account activation. I have managed to activate Advanced and Denali Real time (46$) and Data feed of 3.25$. I have applied to verify my AMP trading account but it did not work yet. By the time you see my post if my data feed, subscription and verification is still not to the point please help me. Or else thank you, you have been a great help. |

If this is your first time using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you get the remainder of the month in which you first activate an exchange for free. So, yes, you are getting a free trial of the data through the remainder of June. On July 1, 2021 you will then be charged the amount of the exchange fee for July.
