Denali Data feed issues... again:/

Hey Sierra Charts,

Thank you for your help in advance. I'm having an issue pop up that I believe was resolved about a month ago. This is related to my previous tickets that I submitted.

My account is associated with ONTOTRADE and I believe that ONTOTRADE has a package with Sierra Charts. That package includes a data feed, which is the Denali Data feed. The Denali Data feed has been working perfectly for a month and suddenly stopped working for me. In fact, I can only see data going back to March of this year (please see attached). Furthermore, when I open my charts, I also get a message that says something like "You have no exchanges active on the Denali Exchange Data Feed service."

Is this something that I will have to have ONTOTRADE speak with Sierra Charts about?

It is so much better, that you just pay for Sierra Chart directly and not get a reseller into the middle of this. And we are in the process of ending all these reseller arrangements. The problem is you do not have an exchange active on your Sierra Chart account. It is terribly frustrating for everyone when we cannot help you, and we have another party in the middle of this.

Please tell them you do not want to pay for Sierra Chart through them and you need to pay for us directly. We need to deal with this matter decisively.

And we are going to contact this reseller, and end the arrangement at the end of May.

At this point, we are removing the association with ontotrade for your account.

We have resolved the issue. You should now be receiving the real-time and historical data. Your Sierra Chart account was billed 3.25 USD for this month for the exchange fee.

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Unfortunately, this issue has not been resolved:/ After "deleting all data and downloading" for each symbol, my data still only goes back to about March 11, 2021.

Please let me know if you need any more info from me and I'll be happy to provide it:)

Make sure the chart is set to be a Continuous Futures Contract chart:

Yes, it is set to Continuous Futures Contract - Volume Based Rollover. (See attached)

I also have "days to load" set to 480 days, which would put me at 16 months. (see attached)

Any other recommendations?

What we can tell from that screenshot is the data is still coming from CQG.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
