It is so much better, that you just pay for Sierra Chart directly and not get a reseller into the middle of this. And we are in the process of ending all these reseller arrangements. The problem is you do not have an exchange active on your Sierra Chart account. It is terribly frustrating for everyone when we cannot help you, and we have another party in the middle of this.

Please tell them you do not want to pay for Sierra Chart through them and you need to pay for us directly. We need to deal with this matter decisively.

And we are going to contact this reseller, and end the arrangement at the end of May.

At this point, we are removing the association with ontotrade for your account.
