Hello
I am trying to log in with my broker on Sierra Chart and I cannot.
How do I solve it?
If I can't log in with this broker, should I have an account with another?

Ibroker is not a broker, they are a charting software company.

A broker is the company that you have given money to through which you will make your trades. What company are you working with to do this?

Then we would need to know whether they are using a trading service such as Rithmic, CQG, or TT, as these are the supported services that we can connect to. You would need to ask them this question, and then let us know.

So I have a problem. Because I have linked the (ibroker) account on Sierra Chart and have done all the verification steps. If I want to change the account that is linked to Sierra Chart, how do I do it? To put a Broker that is compatible with you.

Do not worry about the Exchange Agreements. What is important now is that if you want to continue to get the Denali Exchange Data Feed, then you would need to connect your system to a supported service (CQG, Rithmic, or TT). Otherwise, you will not be able to use the Denali data for the CME Group. Again, this is a CME Group requirement, we are just doing our best to meet their requirements.

A question. What is the broker that asks for the least requirements and the easier and faster it is to open an account with them? (It is simply having real time in Sierra Chart)
Can I link to a live AMP FUTURES account?

We do not have any insight as to brokers with the "least restrictions". Others may comment on this.

An AMP account will count as a live, funded, futures trading account that we can work with, as they support CQG.

I just wanted to have real-time data from the CME to test my strategy. Unfortunately, to have data in real time, it was necessary to open a real account with a broker in which you are compatible with it. Unfortunately, it was impossible for me to open a real account with one of those brokers. Since they put many complications when opening a real account. As you will understand, I cannot afford so many complications and expenses for the simple fact of wanting to have real time to test a strategy.
So I have decided to unsubscribe from all the services that I have contracted with you. I fully understand that what is happening with the CME regulation is not your fault. For the same reason I want to say that I think you are a good platform with an exemplary technical service and that in the future I would like to be able to work with you again.
Besides, I would like to ask you a few questions.
How can I unsubscribe from all services and close my account?
How can I refund my money and get it back to my bank account?

We would like to point out that you have access to the Delayed Streaming Data for you to use and test against. This acts, in all ways, the same as Real-Time data. You should be able to use this data instead of Real-Time data and there is no cost to have access to it (it is included with all Sierra Chart packages). Refer to the following:

Hello, I have contracted package 11 of 6 months.
If I want to have advanced graphics tools with a 10 minute delay in the cme data. That I have to do?

Change your package to Package 5. Do this at this link:

Follow the instructions to stop the Denali Exchange Data Feed:

Then just make sure your File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services.

And finally, open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service, just to make sure that all the symbols are updated to the symbols needed for SC Data - All Services.

You should then be receiving the Delayed Streaming data for any CME or EUREX symbol.
