Hello,

I just wanted to have real-time data from the CME to test my strategy. Unfortunately, to have data in real time, it was necessary to open a real account with a broker in which you are compatible with it. Unfortunately, it was impossible for me to open a real account with one of those brokers. Since they put many complications when opening a real account. As you will understand, I cannot afford so many complications and expenses for the simple fact of wanting to have real time to test a strategy.
So I have decided to unsubscribe from all the services that I have contracted with you. I fully understand that what is happening with the CME regulation is not your fault. For the same reason I want to say that I think you are a good platform with an exemplary technical service and that in the future I would like to be able to work with you again.
Besides, I would like to ask you a few questions.
How can I unsubscribe from all services and close my account?
How can I refund my money and get it back to my bank account?
