I recently subscribed with package 11 and am trying to trade ES on CME. Denali data is active per my account page. How do I get it to be live data instead of delayed?

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Refer to the following for instructions on how to connect once a month to your *live funded* trading account to qualify for the lower-priced exchange fees:

I followed the instructions but haven't been able logon to my Transact account. Is this an issue on my end or with Transact? I have attached the error and log.

I have delayed data once again and this is the 20th time I am dealing with this. It has not been over 30 days since I logged in to Sierra chart, and all of my balances are current.

Why am I dealing with this? how do I get live data once again?

NeroTulip - Everything on your account looks good. Just be aware that you are only setup with the CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Accounts. So if you are trying to get data for a symbol that is not traded on the CME exchange, then you will not get that data in real-time.

If you are trying to get data for a CME exchange instrument and are not getting the data in real-time, then get us your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
