Confusion on Data Feed and Order Routing

I recently switched to CQG as recommended in response to TT outage issue. I'm trying to remove the CBOT and EUREX exchanges from my data feed. Here is the issue. I've contacted AMP several times, and they just appear confused and disoriented. I get different answers every time I contact them. I'm running out of time here before this renews at the end of the month.

When I try to submit the form on their web site to remove the exchange, there are two choices to select:

1. "Sierra Chart - CQG"
2. "Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (Order Routing Only)"

If I select 1, I get the option to check off which exchanges I want.
If I select 2, there is no option to select the exchanges.

The whole mess is rather confusing. Here is what I want:

1. I want CME - Non Professional as the only exchange.

2. I want to continue to use Denali, as the performance and reliability has been excellent. I also want the option to add EUREX again at a later date (I'm going to be at work during EUREX hours starting next month for a while, so can no longer trade it right now).

3. I would prefer to pay for the data feed and exchange fee directly to Sierra so I can add/delete exchanges myself without getting AMP involved (always a confusing process). But I do want to continue to pay for Sierra Level 5 through AMP, as I get the $10 break each month. If you can offer this directly, then I'd rather just pay it all through you.

Can you offer any guidance here on how to accomplish this?

We have taken care of all of this for you. You now have the Denali Exchange Data Feed being paid for through your Sierra Chart Account. Therefore, you will need to have a total of $30.40 USD in your Sierra Chart account prior to March 1, 2021 in order for the Denali Exchange Data Feed to automatically renew.

We have left your Sierra Chart software payment through AMP, as that is the best pricing for you for right now.

So... how do I get AMP not to charge me for the data feed and CME exchange fees? I have to select a data feed in the dropdown field on their webform.

They should not charge you, as we are not charging them. But, you should find a way to either Chat or Call them to let them know that this was changed.

I will try, but I have kind of found them to be pretty useless. Time and time again, a "chatter" indicated everything was fine, only to find out later it wasn't.

Are we still going to get the $10 discount as we do now through AMP on Level 5?

I called AMP to make sure it was all cancelled, and they directed me to this form:

And told me to select "Disable All Exchange Data" and submit the form. Before I do this, I want to make sure I'm not going to get "cut off" here in the middle of the day. Everything is turned *** ON *** through Sierra now, CORRECT???

You are paying for your Data to us directly.

Your Sierra Chart software is still being paid through your AMP account. You can leave it there for the time being, but we will be changing the billing through broker/resellers soon. Refer to the information here:

I received this message today when I started up the platform. I thought the level 5 subscription was being paid automatically via AMP??

"Notice: 4 days of full use of Sierra Chart remaining. To continue full use the software and services, purchase more usage time by selecting 'Help >> Add Usage Credit' on the menu."

I thought this was all taken care of... or do I just ignore the warning message?

Now I'm getting emails with this in them...

"The usage time on your Sierra Chart account, A#######, will expire on 2021-02-28. To avoid an interruption, activate a Service Package for automatic renewal here:"

I am supposed to have the following:

Sierra Level 5 (PAID THROUGH MY AMP ACCOUNT)
Denali Feed (Paid directly to Sierra)
CME Non-Professional Exchange (Paid directly to Sierra)

I thought this was all taken care of as indicated in the first response on this support thread. I put enough funds in the there to renew on March 1st.

Can someone please get this straightened out??

AMP deactivated the billing for your account:

We did not do this.

So at this time you need to pay directly for usage time. Please do not involve AMP with this any longer so there is no confusion and we can properly help you. And besides, we are going to be ending broker based billing. Your account can no longer be billed through AMP. We have disabled that and we will not allow that.

You will want to use the new package 11, which is 46 USD per month effective in March 1. So there will not be any price increase for you.

We will get your Service Package changed to 11 for next month. Just make sure you have 46 USD balance on your account for the renewal plus the cost of the CME exchange and the 25 USD EUREX exchange fee.

I'm really trying my best to get this straight, but it seems as if different people keep responding to this thread. In previous message I detailed exactly what I wanted. Let me try it once more.

Denali data feed
CME exchange only $10.40 a month
Sierra chart at least level five for $25 per month.

Please can we get this straightened out today? I don't understand why this is so difficult.

Is there some kind of form I need to fill out or service I need to activate? Can you can you please tell me exactly what I need to do if anything.

So you do not need EUREX data any longer? Anyway we see that is not set to renew on your account.

Sierra chart at least level five for $25 per month.
This is no longer available and we do not want to discuss this further.

And it does not matter anyway because there is a new package 11 for 46 USD per month. That includes the Denali data feed. The Denali data has been 20 USD a-month and when you add 25, that comes to 45 USD per month which is essentially the same.

That is fine. Does the 11 package do everything the 5 used to? If so then that is just fine. Is there anything I need to do to complete this? Any forms I need to fill out anything? I want to wrap this up today.

Well, AMP has managed to double bill me on March 1st for the services I already paid you directly for. This money ($65) should be credited to my Sierra account since they took it out of my AMP account and forwarded to you.

We looked at the statement, and the charges are for February 2021. AMP was billed those exact items by us, and collecting them from you. So we are not seeing any issue. There is no double billing for March.
