I recently switched to CQG as recommended in response to TT outage issue. I'm trying to remove the CBOT and EUREX exchanges from my data feed. Here is the issue. I've contacted AMP several times, and they just appear confused and disoriented. I get different answers every time I contact them. I'm running out of time here before this renews at the end of the month. When I try to submit the form on their web site to remove the exchange, there are two choices to select: 1. "Sierra Chart - CQG" 2. "Sierra Chart - Denali - CQG (Order Routing Only)" If I select 1, I get the option to check off which exchanges I want. If I select 2, there is no option to select the exchanges. The whole mess is rather confusing. Here is what I want: 1. I want CME - Non Professional as the only exchange. 2. I want to continue to use Denali, as the performance and reliability has been excellent. I also want the option to add EUREX again at a later date (I'm going to be at work during EUREX hours starting next month for a while, so can no longer trade it right now). 3. I would prefer to pay for the data feed and exchange fee directly to Sierra so I can add/delete exchanges myself without getting AMP involved (always a confusing process). But I do want to continue to pay for Sierra Level 5 through AMP, as I get the $10 break each month. If you can offer this directly, then I'd rather just pay it all through you. Can you offer any guidance here on how to accomplish this? |
