Hi team, I have read as much documentation as I could on your site and also browsed through the support threads before writing this ticket. I have the following services activated on my account in Sierracharts: - Advanced package - Denali Exchange Data Feed for SC Order Routing Service (Not Eligible) - it says not Eligible but it is active so not sure if this is good? - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts Symbols: CME, GBLX, CBOT, CBOTM, COMEX, CXMI, NYMEX, NYMI I still don't get real-time data for E-mini futures. Can you please advise what should I do to get E-mini futures real-time data with minimum spend possible? Thanks, Ali |

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the Non-Professional exchange fees, but you have not verified that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees. I have a trading account with Interactivebrokers. The above documentation is difficult for me to understand. Is there a way to get some phone assistance?

Hi team, I finally managed to connect my interactivebrokers funded trading account to my Sierracharts account. I can see the charts with the new interactivebrokers service but I still can't see real-time data. What else do I need to do please? Regards, Ali |

We see that you have connected to your trading account. It also looks like you have changed your service back to SC Data - All Services. As such, make sure that you are using the correct symbols for your charts (you may have inadvertently changed them when you switched to IB). The easiest way is to simply select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Refer to the following for more information: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service You should be receiving the Real-Time data as long as you have the correct symbol(s) for your chart(s). Working now, thanks a lot! I connected to the Interactive brokers data service and working good. Do I still need to have the Denali Exchange Data Feed monthly service or the Sierra advanced package will be enough to get real-time data? |

Unless you are getting data from IB, you will need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed. None of the Sierra Chart packages include Real-Time data for the CME Group. There is some Real-Time data for Forex and CFDs.
