We see that you have connected to your trading account. It also looks like you have changed your service back to SC Data - All Services. As such, make sure that you are using the correct symbols for your charts (you may have inadvertently changed them when you switched to IB). The easiest way is to simply select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. Refer to the following for more information:
Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service

You should be receiving the Real-Time data as long as you have the correct symbol(s) for your chart(s).
