Hi team, I have read as much documentation as I could on your site and also browsed through the support threads before writing this ticket. I have the following services activated on my account in Sierracharts: - Advanced package - Denali Exchange Data Feed for SC Order Routing Service (Not Eligible) - it says not Eligible but it is active so not sure if this is good? - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts Symbols: CME, GBLX, CBOT, CBOTM, COMEX, CXMI, NYMEX, NYMI I still don't get real-time data for E-mini futures. Can you please advise what should I do to get E-mini futures real-time data with minimum spend possible? Thanks, Ali |
