The images are not showing us any issues.

If you are downloading a new symbol, then it can take some time for that process to complete.

Also, we see in your log that you have a few charts with incorrect symbols: YMU9; NQU9; ZBU9; RTYU9. Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to update those symbols for the correct CQG symbols.

Also, we need to understand what you mean by frozen. Is that just that you are not getting data (which may be related to the symbols being used) or can you not interact at all with the Sierra Chart interface.

Tell us the symbol of one chart that is not updating. We do not need screenshots. We need the symbol and we need the instructions followed below:

Also know that trading is no longer in December 2020 futures and has rolled over to the next month.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

All my symbols were rolled correctly and updated.

Quick question. I am using AmpFuture and CQG after read your post about the " no historical data for cqg after 1th January ( only 5 days historical ).

Will I be affected using Ampfuture?

And if yes, in that case should you subscribe the additional services of one of your data feed? Although the "Dom" and the buying of futures is still through ampfuture. Sorry if I don't use the correct words.

Yes you will definitely be affected and we do recommend using the Denali Exchange Data Feed for data:
Denali Exchange Data Feed

And in January we expect it will also be supporting EUREX futures as well.

So for January to still using SC for my trading I will need to pay for the historical the next concepts.
(I trade the ES)

1.-Denali Exchange Data Feed for SC Order Routing Service: 20 USD/month+
2.-CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts 10.40 USD / month ( I use MarketDepth look attach)
3.-Still paying to CQG from ampfuture to still trading (10$ month)

??

1. Since you are not using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service and using CQG, this is 25 USD per month.

2. This is correct.

3. You should not have to pay this any longer if it is a market data exchange fee. Ask AMP to cancel that.

It is a bit confuse for me, can you explain in detail pls.

If I use your Sierra Charts Routing Service where will be deposit my funds? ( they will deposit in Ampfuture? or Sierra chart is a broker too?

In that case what will be the comission or fees for a roundturn in Micros an Eminis.?

Waiting for your answers

Yes this is the case.

You need to talk with AMP about their fees/commissions. Sierra Chart has a cost of .10USD per contract per side when using the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service.
