The images are not showing us any issues. If you are downloading a new symbol, then it can take some time for that process to complete. Also, we see in your log that you have a few charts with incorrect symbols: YMU9; NQU9; ZBU9; RTYU9. Select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to update those symbols for the correct CQG symbols. Also, we need to understand what you mean by frozen. Is that just that you are not getting data (which may be related to the symbols being used) or can you not interact at all with the Sierra Chart interface.
