hi, my options chart stopped working since tuesday E4CM20 C3070.FUT_OPT.CME did u change the format? |

That symbol is expired. It is a June 20 symbol. There are no format changes.

EW4M20 C3080.FUT_OPT.CME the above symbol is found from your symbol list, not expired it is expired on June 26, they just do not work please you need to listen to customer's problem, it is NOT expired i can not wait for support borad to reply, it is urgent it just happened since tuesday |

We did check this symbol and we do see there is trading still occurring for it: EW4M20 C3080.FUT_OPT.CME We did say it was expired because it is a June 2020 contract and we are near the end of June so we just made a reasonable conclusion that trading had ended in it already. This may not be relevant but you are running an older version of Sierra Chart. i have been trading options for many years and everyday IT IS NOT EXPIRED, AND IT happened first time on SC charts; it never happened before !!!! ALL OPTIONS CHARTS ARE NOT LOADING, NOT ONLY JUNE CONTRACTS YOU UNDERSTAND NOW ?????? PLEASE FIXED IT |

same problem again ....ES options charts do not load .... error message "SYMBOL NOT FOUND ON THIS SYSTEM" is it a routine problem ?????? HAPPENED ON JUne 24, August 22, now october 22 PLEASE FIX IT ASAP, really driving me nuts every 2 months, what did i do wrong, please tell me |
