Dear SC Team,

as i understand in your post below, i can have three connections with my three screens on the same system isn´t it ?Could you explain or discribe how I can open three connections to SC with the same system on three screens ? Or on two different computers ?
Actually I use Denali fort the CBOT and SC Datafeed for Eurex DATAS
Furthermore I would like to use also the delayed CME data. How can manage this in combination with more connections ?

To take advantage of 3 connections per system requires that you are running the current version of Sierra Chart which is now 2074:
Software Download: Fast Update

Make sure you update if you need to be able to connect to the Denali Data Feed more than once from the same system. The connection management changes described in the first post, will go into effect after the close today (2020-04-02).

If you previously have been accessing the Denali feed on two different systems, then the solution is to use a single system and run all of the installations that you need of Sierra Chart on that one system. You can receive 3 direct connections to the Denali Data Feed on that system and you can share the data to as many installations of Sierra Chart as you need.

Install the number of monitors you need to that system. ( How can i do this )??? And if you need to access it remotely just simply use Windows Remote Desktop Connection or Team Viewer.

Many thanks in advance and kind regards.
Antonino

Run Sierra Chart on a single computer and use the File >> New Instance to create multiple instances of Sierra Chart that you can move to the other monitors. Refer to the information here:
Using DTC Server for Data and Trading in Another Sierra Chart Instance

All of these instances will then have access to the data feeds that you have enabled.

You should already be receiving the Delayed Streaming data for the CME Group of exchanges that you do not have activated. Refer to the information here on this data:

Just tested, but in the DATA TRADE SERVICE SETTINGS I can`t Change the Service in SC Futures / Orders Routing Data. There appears DTC- Sub Instance ( trading )
And don´t open any Symbol.

No you definitely do not have to change the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Service setting.

In regards to post #6, what do you want to do specifically? Just tell us one of those things.

It looks as though that you did start those instances with File >> New Instance.

So there should not be any problem.

Tell us the symbol of one of the charts that is not updating in the sub instance, and provide the Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Reconnect to the data feed:
File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:
https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=PostingInformation.php#MessageLog

----
However, please wait until Sunday evening when the markets open. For any CME Group symbol you are not paying for real-time data for, you will automatically receive delayed data.
