Dear Sir/madam,

I have renew the monthly package, and activated the data feed. But since yesterday I found the data loading is very slow, also it didn't move or update the data together when the time move. For example if I turn on the sierra chart at 10am, after data loading, the data just stay at the time of 10am and will not update anymore. Please advise how to solve it.

Most likely the problem with updating is related to this:
Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: Connections (Connections)

Check the Message Log to see if you are getting the Connection Limit Exceeded message.

Regarding data loading being very slow, refer to:

Dear sir /madam,

I have two questions

1. the data still not move since First of April. I can't use it since 1st April and you are still charging me.

2. Since March, you have informed me because of changing of vendor, I can't use the 2nd connections. But why you still charge me US$12 from March to April?

I am very frustrated of your services. If it still not work, I will stop using SC, and ask you to refund me the April charge and my remaining balance.

1. Provide the Message Log by following these instructions from the installation where you are having this problem:

We can definitely help you get the data feed into one installation of Sierra Chart at a time.

2. What you are referring to is allowing Sierra Chart to run on systems beyond 2. That is wholly separate from the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed. You are getting what you are paying for regarding the 12 USD.

Yes we know exchanges are incredibly frustrating to deal with. You are expressing frustration with the exchanges. Not Sierra Chart.

Understand in regards to the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, there are no refunds, and you should not have any trouble receiving data from that data feed into one installation of Sierra Chart and we will help you with that. And get that working for you right away.

Dear sir/madam,

I have tried your instruction, global setting -allow support for sierra chart data feeds, then disconnect, connect it again. But data still remain unmove. Please do not debit my account for the renewal of May 2020 package. Also please arranage refund the account balance for me.


I am really disappointed and frustrated.

You did not give us any chance to help you. And we think the problem is that you are trying to access the data feed at the same time in more than one installation of Sierra Chart. Whatever the cause, we can help you.

We will cancel all services, and do a refund of the services balance.

And furthermore what you are disappointed and frustrated with, are exchanges. Your problem is not with Sierra Chart in any way. It is strictly with the exchanges and their market data rules. And we are assuming you are not providing the Message Log because you do not want us to see that you are accessing the data feed in multiple instances.

And if you are using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, you can access CME group exchange data on multiple installations of Sierra Chart on a single system:

But you cannot access the Hong Kong exchange in this way unless you use the method documented here:
