Dear Sir/madam, I have renew the monthly package, and activated the data feed. But since yesterday I found the data loading is very slow, also it didn't move or update the data together when the time move. For example if I turn on the sierra chart at 10am, after data loading, the data just stay at the time of 10am and will not update anymore. Please advise how to solve it. Regards
