TT routing service question

The transition to the live data server went well. And I was also successful in setting up both simulation and live copies of SC.

All intraday data appear to be downloading well.

However, I am only able to download today's daily data. When I attempt to download any other historical daily data, I receive a "Download failed" error message.

Before the transition to the live data server, I was able to download all relevant daily data.

I deleted all existing data and downloaded new data but no success.

Both the simulation and live accounts are having the same issue.

As an FYI, I only downloaded intraday and daily data for ES, which is the only futures contract I trade.

A related observation: I understand the server is not able to capture the account balance information in live time. However, it has been several hours and the account balance still shows about $100 but the actual account balance is significantly higher.

Regarding the historical daily data issue. Follow the instructions below and we will determine what the problem is:
Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".

After about a minute provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

The account balance eventually will update within 24 hours. One thing you can do to cause an immediate update is just simply put an order in which will not fill, and cancel it and then the balance will update within a minute.

Hi SCE - what the OP mentioned about "...the server is not able to capture the account balance information in live time" - is it possible given TT's infrastructure to increase the refresh rate of the account balance? If so, is this in your near-term plans?

Yes TT does not have the best account balance reporting.

Sorry; I meant that your new routing service will be only for CME Group exchanges, for the indefinite future, yes?

I'm trying to decide where to route orders and get account updates where other exchanges are involved...if the TT-backed service has those limitations of account/position/etc update frequencies, I'll likely stick with IB for Eurex, HKFE, etc.

Regarding the historical daily data issue from post #1, the message log you provided simply does not show any re-downloading of data for the historical daily chart. You did this for an Intraday chart.

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
