The transition to the live data server went well. And I was also successful in setting up both simulation and live copies of SC.

All intraday data appear to be downloading well.

However, I am only able to download today's daily data. When I attempt to download any other historical daily data, I receive a "Download failed" error message.

Before the transition to the live data server, I was able to download all relevant daily data.

I deleted all existing data and downloaded new data but no success.

Both the simulation and live accounts are having the same issue.

As an FYI, I only downloaded intraday and daily data for ES, which is the only futures contract I trade.

A related observation: I understand the server is not able to capture the account balance information in live time. However, it has been several hours and the account balance still shows about $100 but the actual account balance is significantly higher.
