I am not able to connect to ZenFire anymore. Is the restriction for using this datafeed already in place? I understand that you want your datafeed partners to use your API, but I don´t care about that as your customer. I was very satisfied with SCH so far, but exactly this unability to solve critical issues led me to cancel using NinjaTrader (for which I have lifetime license btw.) and start using SierraChart. There will be more very disappointed customers at the beginning of new year I guess.

Zen fire is not strictly a data feed. We refer to it as a trading platform service. It provides access to trading and also market data. The situation with Zen-Fire is not ours. This complaint is not fair to us. The interface method to Zen-Fire was changed by them. Not us. We have a very firm policy where we do not support API components. It is also unheard of, to have a very short amount of time to support a completely new interface method to a backend system. Thanks. I am not upset with any party about this. Things change, I will find a solution. BTW, having used 4 other trading platforms, I find Sierra Charts to be by far the best, smoothest, easiest on my computer resources, most complete, and reliable.
