Error text: permission denied | 2013-12-28 13:37:49 Whether you should be able to connect or not, we do not know. It's not uncommon to have trouble connecting over the weekend. Zen fire is not strictly a data feed. We refer to it as a trading platform service. It provides access to trading and also market data. The situation with Zen-Fire is not ours. This complaint is not fair to us. The interface method to Zen-Fire was changed by them. Not us. We have a very firm policy where we do not support API components. It is also unheard of, to have a very short amount of time to support a completely new interface method to a backend system. In my more than 17 years of experience, I have never seen anything like this. They should have allowed at least a one-year transition time. It was very surprising what they did. It is very critical, that trading and data service providers provide open and clearly documented basic communication protocols.
