I am not able to connect to ZenFire anymore. Is the restriction for using this datafeed already in place?

And I would like to use this opportunity to complain about your approach to the whole ZenFire datafeed problem. I understand that you want your datafeed partners to use your API, but I don´t care about that as your customer. I was very satisfied with SCH so far, but exactly this unability to solve critical issues led me to cancel using NinjaTrader (for which I have lifetime license btw.) and start using SierraChart. There will be more very disappointed customers at the beginning of new year I guess.
