Switching to CTS T4

Hello, We have some users who will be switching to the CTS T4 trading platform service from Zen-Fire due to the backend changes in the Zen-Fire system which Sierra Chart is not compatible with. This thread provides instructions on the procedure for this. 1. Once your broker has set you up on CTS T4, please follow through the set up instructions here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/CTS_T4.php#SetupInstructions 2. You will need to update the symbols of your charts and Trade DOMs to those used by T4. This is easy to do. We do recommend that you use the Sierra Chart market data feed over the CTS data feed, at least for the time being. The Sierra Chart market data feed provides more efficient market data delivery compared to the FIX feed from CTS. Will you charge extra for the EUREX and ICE data? If I understood correctly, you are currently offering just CME data. Is that correct? I like the fact that you are offering NYSE TICK free of charge, which I was using. However when I compared it with NYSE TICK provided by IQ feed it seemed to have different values (not as critical) and was also delayed a bit (this is critical). There are exchange fees for EUREX and ICE data. We just have CME data now. The ICE and EUREX will come in a couple more days. For market statistics, we are developing our own market statistics and completely new calculation methods. This will all be released in February. Mirus just informed me that it is possible to trade with IQ data feed. In this case one has to request an IQ feed exchange fee waiver from Mirus. Has any trader at Mirus some trading experience with ninjatrader and Sierra Chart using IQ data feed? |

Has any trader at Mirus some trading experience with ninjatrader and Sierra Chart using IQ data feed? I used IQFeed with SC, but you can not trade with ZenFire/Mirus. When using CTS-T4 together with your feed my chart looks strange. It seems, that there is a problem with the mapping. |

The EUREX symbol settings for CTS T4 when using the Sierra Chart market data feed have been corrected. You need to update the symbol settings as explained here: http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?l=doc/doc_GlobalSymbolSettings.php#UpdateSettings After updating the settings, reconnect to the data feed with File >> Disconnect and File >> Connect to Data Feed.
