Denali activation problem.

I am trying to connect Denali to my Amp account.
Amp say they can not connect me unless i subscribe through them. I am set up for Denali direct through sierra chart.

What Do i do now?

You have activated the Denali Exchange Data Feed, this just replaced the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed which will not renew next month. If there was no issue previously with the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed at AMP, there should be no issue with Denali.

But do update to the current version:

And you do need to connect Sierra Chart your trading account as well:

Also available to you is the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service --> many AMP clients that are focused on the CME Group Exchanges use the Denali Feed with the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service:

I have never had my Amp account connected to Sierra chart data only CQG.
I am now moving over to Denali with order routing.
When I try to connect to Sierra Chart Trading in DTC I get this maessage:

Connection error message from service: SC Futures Order Routing/Data Connection error. Trade account not assigned

I have contacted Amp and they say thay cant do anything because I purchased directly from you.

Can you please help.

First, when using the Denali Exchange Data Feed, it is meant to be used with a trading service like CQG or the SC order routing service. You would not normally use SC Data-All Services. But you can and it is certainly find to do that so long as you have gone through the monthly verification process that you have a trading account to be able to access the real time CME data.

Connection error message from service: SC Futures Order Routing/Data Connection error. Trade account not assigned
In regards to this, AMP has set you up with a new Sierra Chart account. They should have sent you the login details for that new account. Follow the instructions here to use those:

That account is now set to use the SC Order Routing Service. You do need to complete the market data agreements for that account. You should be getting a link by email for those.

Let us know if you need more help. So finally, there is no need to be renewing anything on the Sierra Chart account you posted this support request with. We can transfer the balance you have on this account to the new one you have with AMP, let us know if you want us to do that.

I have completed the agreements.
I have got my password and have logged in.
My chart is not moving and my heatmap is not showing up.

What is wrong.

My last bar on CL was at
12.44 and 50seconds

On a 10 second chart


On NQ it was at
11.59 and 50 seconds

Does this tie into market closing times?

Am I able to download historical market depth and use replay mode?

The ES futures closed at 13:15 US Eastern time. NQ would have been the same. CL closed at 13:45 US Eastern time.
